The Infineon SDA 30C16x/26x is an 8051 based CMOS controller for TV Sets, 256 Byte IRAM, 8 DPTR, 2 Timers/Counters, Up to 2KB on Chip XRAM, Supports up to 1MB RAM using on-chip banking hardware.
