Analog Devices ADuC7019

The Analog Devices ADuC7019 is an ARM7TDMI based controller with 12-bit 1MSPS 5-Channel ADC one of which is internally buffered, 12-bit Buffered 4-ch DACs, Voltage Comparator, 62KB on-chip Flash\EE with In-System Programming (ISP) and 8KB RAM, UART, I2C and SPI serial interface, JTAG port for download\debug, 4 Timers, 14 General purpose I/O pins, on-chip Programmable Logic. CPU clock up to 40.96 MHz, On-chip crystal oscillator and On-chip PLL.
