Proteus Virtual System Modeling for the 8051 Family

Labcenter Electronics is pleased to announce Proteus Virtual System Modeling for the 8051 family of microcontrollers. Proteus (VSM) combines mixed mode circuit simulation, animated components and microprocessor models to form a system that can simulate complete microcontroller based designs. Proteus supports:

• Schematic Entry
• Circuit Simulation
• Graphical Modeling
• and Source Level Debugging (using the Keil µVision2 Debugger).

The VSM CPU for the 8051 provides source level debugging for the Keil C51 Development Tools using a remote debug monitor driver for Keil µVision2 Debugger. This allows you to use Proteus VSM to be use as virtual in-circuit emulator under the control of the Keil IDE.
