Philips Smart Cards

Philips smart card families like the Philips MifareProX™, WE, and SmartMX™ are supported by the Keil PK51 Professional Developers Kit. Extensions to the compiler, simulator, and debugger enable full product testing with the µVision simulator and are available from the Philips sales channels.

Keil supplies the SmartMX DBox that supports software debugging and integration testing for the SmartMX™ smart card controllers. The SmartMX DBox connects directly to the µVision Debugger and is based on the Philips SmartMX bond-out device. The SmartMX DBox provides a card reader interface with contact-less antenna and USB connection. The SmartMX DBox offers RAM and Flash ROM operation and can be used for both debugging and software verification prior ROM mask production.
