The JTAG Device Chain section displays the target board (or boards) connected to the JTAG interface cable. ULINK2 automatically displays the IDCODE, Device Name and IR Length of all JTAG-compatible targets it detects.
Manual Configuration allows you identify and name undetected JTAG devices. You must specify the instruction register length (IR len) of each device in the JTAG device chain.
NOTE
- If you are manually configuring an ARM device, the Device Name must be ARM7 or ARM9 to identify the core.
