The Trace Port section controls the port used for trace operations.
The Serial Wire Output – UART/NRZ is the only Trace Port that ULINK2 supports. Make sure you also select SW in the Port drop-down box in the ULINK2 USB-JTAG/SWD Adapter section in the Debug tab.
The SWO Clock Prescaler defines the prescaler for SWO Clock. Values from 1 to 8192 are allowed.
When the Autodetect checkbox is enabled the prescaler is automatically configured for the highest possible SWO Clock that ULINK2 supports (any clock value up to 1.25MHz plus 1.875MHz and 3.75MHz).
The SWO Clock displays the actual SWO Clock value. Any errors detected while setting the Trace Port are displayed below the SWO Clock text box.
