ULINKplus User's Guide

The ULINK^®plus User's Guide describes the Keil ULINKplus Debug and Trace Unit and contains operating instructions for the hardware.

• Introduction gives an overview of the ULINKplus adapter features and interfaces. It describes requirements, technical characteristics, and provides a reference to supported devices.
• Debug and Trace explains the ULINKplus JTAG/SWD interface. It describes in details how to connect to a target HW and to perform flash programming, application debug and trace capturing using ULINKplus.
• Power Measurement explores the ULINKplus power measurement capabilities. It explains connection to the target system using Power interface, available configuration options as well as usage of µVision System Analyzer window for data analysis.
• Test Automation describes how to monitor and trigger digital and analog signals on the target using ULINKplus I/O interface. This chapter also explains usage of µVision script engine for test automation and provides a template debug script that helps you to get started.
• Troubleshooting gives hints and solutions to issues that might arise.
• Appendix lists additional information such as error messages.
