The STMicroelectronics uPSD3334D is a Fast 10 MIPS Turbo 8032 core with: 256KB main Flash memory and 32KB secondary Flash memory, 8KB battery-backed SRAM, General purpose PLD, JTAG Debugging and In-System Programming via Keil ULINK, I2C, SPI, PWM, DDC, Timer/Counters, PCA, 8 channel 10-bit ADC, 2 UARTs, Supervisor with Reset In/Out, LVD, Watchdog Timer.
