The SMSC USB97CFDC2 is an 8051-compatible USB V2.0 Floppy Disk Controller with 640K, 720K, 1.44M, and 1.2M Windows 98 J and 1.2M NEC DOS 6.x Drive Formats, USB Mass Storage Compliant Bootable Floppy BIOS, Enhanced Digital Data Separator (1 Mbps, 500 Kbps, 300 Kbps, and 250 Kbps), 32K Byte Code Space, 4KB Internal Buffer SRAM.
