The Nordic Semiconductor nRF24LE1 is a 2.4GHz ISM band radio with emhanced 8051 MCU, up to 2Mbps on air data rate, 1.9 to 3.6V supply range, 16-32-bit multiplication-division co-processor (MDU), 16 kBytes of on-chip Flash, 1 kBytes on SRAM, 1 kBytes NV data memory, 512 Bytes NV data memory (extended endurance), Interrupt controller with 18 sources and 4 priority levels, 1 Analog comparator, 10 Bit ADC, Hardware SPI slave and master, UART, three 16-bit timers/counters, AES encryption/decryption co-processor, Random number generator, 2-Wire interface, 2 Channel PWM, 7, 15, or 31 GPIO lines, On-chip hardware debug support for a JTAG debugger.
