The Nordic Semiconductor nRFLU1P-F32 is a 2.4GHz ISM band radio with emhanced 8051 MCU, up to 2Mbps on air data rate, full speed USB 2.0 compliant device controller, 4.0 to 5.25V supply range, 32-bit multiplication-division unit, 32 kbytes of on-chip Flash, 2 kbytes on SRAM, 6 general purpose digital input/output pins, Hardware SPI slave and master, UART, three 16-bit timers/counters, AES encryption/decryption co-processor.
