The Atmel AT89LP216 is an 8051-based single-cycle microcontroller with 20 MIPS, 2KBytes Flash ROM, 128 Bytes RAM, 4 Level Interrupt system with 7 sources, 14 I/O Pins, Two 16-bit Enhanced Timer/Counters, Two 8-bit PWM Outputs, Enhanced SPI interface, Enhanced UART with Automatic Address Recognition and Framing Error Detection, 1 Analog comparator, 1 Watchdog Timer, Brown-out Detection and Power-on Reset, On-Chip RC Oscillator with 8 MHz, and Two-wire On-chip Debug Interface.
