The Atmel AT89LP6440 is an 8051-based single-cycle microcontroller with 20 MIPS, 64KBytes ISP Flash ROM, 256 Bytes RAM, 4KBytes XRAM, 8KByte Flash Data Memory, Dual Datapointer, One 16x16 Multiply-Accumulate Unit, Interrupt system with 4 Priorities and 8 sources, One 10-Bit ADC Unit with 8 channels, One 16-Bit Capture /Compare/PWM Unit with 4 channels, 38 I/O Pins, Three 16-bit Enhanced Timer/Counters, Enhanced UART with automatic address recognition and framing error detection, Two 8-bit PWM Outputs, Enhanced Master/Slave SPI interface, 2 Analog comparator, One programmable Watchdog Timer with software reset, Brown-out Detection and Power-on Reset, and Two-wire On-chip Debug Interface.
