The Nordic Semiconductor nRF8200 is a High speed 8051 based Microcontroller, 1.9 to 3.6V supply range, 16 kBytes of on-chip Flash, 1 kBytes on SRAM, 1 kBytes NV data memory, 512 Bytes NV data memory (extended endurance), 1 16-bit multiply and and 32-bit division unit (MDU), Interrupt controller with 18 sources and 4 priority levels, 1 Analog comparator, 6 12-Bit ADC channels, 1 SPI slave and master unit, 1 UART, 3 16-bit timers/counters, 1 AES encryption/decryption co-processor, 1 Random number generator, 2-Wire interface, 2 Channel PWM, Up to 15 GPIO lines, Power management unit, On-chip oscillator, On-chip hardware debug support for a JTAG debugger.
