The Nuvoton N79E825 is an 8051-based CMOS microcontroller with 4-clock High-Speed Core with dual data pointer, 20MHz, 16KBytes ISP Flash, 256 Bytes RAM, Up to 18 I/O pins, Interrupt system with 13 sources and 4 priority levels, 1 10-Bit ADC Unit with 4 multiplexed channels, 2 Analog comparators, 2 16-Bit timer/counters, 1 full-duplex UART, 1 10-bit PWM unit with 4 channels, 1 I2C bus, 1 Keyboard Interrupt function for 8 inputs, 1 Watchdog timer, 2 Level Brown-Out detection Unit. On Chip peripherals: configurable RC oscillator, LED drive capability on all port pins, and 256 Bytes Data Flash.
