The CORERIVER GC89L541A0 is a High-speed 8051 MCU with up to 100MHz System Clock, with 14KBytes ISP Flash, 16KBytes XRAM, 256Bytes RAM, up to 16 interrupts with four/two priority levels, up to 21 I/O ports, 3 16-Bit Timer/Counters, 27-bit watchdog timer, 2 full duplex UARTs, PWM unit with up to 6 channels, 10-Bit ADC-Unit with 21-Channels, On-Chip peripherals: 2K EPROM, Low voltage detector, PLL, Ring oscillator, and debugging engine.
