The Zilog Z51F0811 is an 8051 compatible MCU with 2 cycles per instruction, 8 DPTRs, 8 KByte On-Chip Flash ROM, 256 Bytes RAM, 256 Bytes XRAM, 512 Bytes data EEPROM, 2 USART channels (UART/SPI/I2C), up to 4 ports, 12-Bit ADC 15-Channels, Buzzer unit, Up to 32 I/O Ports, Bronw-Out detector, 1 Watchdog Timer (WDT), 1 Watch Timer (WT), 3 10-Bit PWM, On-Chip 8MHz oscillator, 125KHz Oscillator, and On-Chip debugger.
