The Zilog Z51F0410 is an 8051 compatible MCU with 2 cycles per instruction, 4 KByte On-Chip Flash ROM, 256 Bytes RAM, 256 Bytes XRAM, 256 Bytes data EEPROM, Flash decryption unit, 2 USART channels (UART/SPI/I2C), 1 8-Bit port, 12-Bit ADC 8-Channels, Buzzer unit, Up to 32 I/O Ports, Bronw-Out detector, 1 Watchdog Timer (WDT), 1 Watch Timer (WT), 1 10-Bit PWM, 8-bit Basic Interval Timer, On-Chip 8MHz oscillator, 128KHz Oscillator, and On-Chip debugger.
