The following MDK Software Packs for Atmel Cortex-M7 devices are available:

| Keil.SAM-ESV7_SFP | Software Foundation Pack for SAM-E7x, SAM-S7x, and SAM-V7x device series. It requires the installation of the related device family packs (version 2.x or higher). Includes the SAM-ESV7 Chip Library, SAM-ESV7 Framework (API), and a full set of CMSIS-Driver that provide standardized peripheral interfaces. This version of the SFP is based on version 1.4 of the Atmel Software Package.
