Does µVision support Cyrillic characters?

ANSWER

Yes, Cyrillic characters are supported.

RESOLUTION

Assure that you have adjusted Configuration / General Editor Settings to Encode in UTF8 without Signature:

Also, the language settings of your Windows OS have to be set to RU Russia:

If you intend to use Cyrillic characters at the Segger emWin Graphic Library:
