SWPACK: Pack Installer: URL's in use

I currently can't use the Pack Installer to install/update our Software Packs.

Is it possible to list the URL's of the Packs to allow a manual download?

It probably gets impossible to offer a complete list of URL's in use.

Access to the list of all supported Packs is offered at: www.keil.com/pack/index.pidx

(In fact a redirect to http://sadevicepacksprodus.blob.core.windows.net/idxfile/index.pidx is performed)
A copy of all the latest PDSC files is getting loaded from http://www.keil.com/pack/vendor.name.pdsc.

This just happens if a copy of index.pidx is not identical with with the local copy of the psdc-file, in example http://www.keil.com/pack/ARM.CMSIS.pdsc

The access is redirected to: http://sadevicepacksprodus.blob.core.windows.net/pdsc/ARM.CMSIS.pdsc
If the Pack Installer is assigned to install a version of a Pack, the corresponding URL is created from the corresponding *.pdsc file.

The URL is vendor specific, as just the ARM- and Keil-Packs are hosted by Keil.
A complete summary of URL's you find at index.pidx, also located at: C:\Keil_v5\ARM\Pack\.Web\index.pidx
A dedicated URL is easily generated by the attributes of the pdsc-tag: url+vendor+name+version+.pack

Note:
It is always possible that further redirects are generated by a vendor.
To recognize the effective URL load the file with Firefox. At the context menu of Firefox at Downloaded File List select Copy Download Link. At the clipboard you see the required link.
In case of further errors allow the redirects to http://sadevicepacksprodus.blob.core.windows.net/index/ and http://sadevicepacksprodus.blob.core.windows.net/pdsc/
After manually downloading the *.pack file, use the Pack Installer's File => Import feature to add the pack into MDK.
