µVISION: Getting Compiler Version Number

QUESTION

How can I get the version number of my C compiler with µVision?

ANSWER

Open a project file and select the About item from the Help menu. µVision displays the version numbers of the entire toolchain. No version information is displayed if you don't have a project open.
