MISSING DEVICE (R012:DRIVER NOT INSTALLED)

MISSING DEVICE (COMMUNICATIONS ERROR)

MISSING DEVICE (SECURITY KEY NOT FOUND)
Description

The compiler could not detect the security key or your license is not compatible with the installed product.

Cause

Possible reasons:

  1. The product version is not covered by your license.
  2. The license has expired.
  3. Support maintenance has expired.
  4. Security Key (Sentinel Dongle) not found.
Resolution

Resolutions to the causes above:

  1. Reinstall the previous product version or renew your license to cover the current product version.
  2. Renew your license.
  3. Renew the support maintenance contract.
  4. Refer to knowledge-base articles
