Application ExamplesThe Application Note 153: Using and Programming the I²C Bus (available at www.keil.com) comes with two program examples that show the usage of the I²C Simulation. The examples show you how to use the I²C bus with a Byte orientated hardware. The µVision3 project I2CEEPROM is configured for a NXP (formerly Philips) 8xC591 (8051-based device) and demonstrates reading and writing to a serial EEPROM and includes a signal function that simulates an I²C EEPROM Memory (4k bytes). The µVision3 project Master includes I²C Single Master Routines for the 87LPC764 (taken from NXP AN422 - 8XC751 as I²C Bus Master) and provides the signal function that simulates an I²C Memory (256 bytes). | ||||||||||
