U8 ftp_get_user_id (void);

The ftp_get_user_id retrieves the user identification number, when the files on the server are protected with user authentication. It can be used to process files differently for different connected users. This function is normally called from the functions in FTP_uif.c module.

The ftp_get_user_id is a system function that is in the RL-TCPnet library. The prototype is defined in net_config.h.

note

• This function returns a value of 0 for system administrator account.

The ftp_get_user_id function returns the user identification number of a connected user.
